This comic was created for an assignment that challenged us to tell a story in one page without words. I drew on my love of stargazing to tell a story of loneliness and connection. I used a limited color palette to capture the very specific quality of light and darkness that I remember from countless evenings spent in my backyard looking up at the stars.

This comic appeared in Arts at Michigan's 2024 Student Comics Anthology as well as the 2024 issue of Xylem Literary Magazine.
